Here at Neat Home Basics, customer satisfaction is our key priority. To ensure that you get utmost value for your money, we allow the return of products damaged on delivery or not-as-described products.

Call our customer support center within 24 hours on receipt to register a complaint. Leave the product in its original packaging and allow our team to arrange for replacement.


You can do so by listing your order on the Wish list Section on the Home page. You will receive an email or a phone call informing you when it will be available.

You will receive a receipt for the payment of your order value along with your product on delivery.

Once you submit your order, the payment page on the website will display the total product price and applicable delivery charges which is the total amount payable by you.

On submitting your order, you will receive an email or phone call from one of our dedicated customer support agents informing you on the approval of your order
